SLMG’s trailer-mounted shotcrete pump is engineered to deliver high-precision spraying performance, durable operation, and reliable control in tunneling, mining, and infrastructure projects.
The concrete pump offers a stepless output capacity between 5–29 m³/hour, allowing the desired flow rate to be adjusted precisely and monitored digitally.
The high-precision and durable S-tube system ensures fast shifting cycles and enables continuous and homogeneous shotcrete application without interruption.
The dosing pump is a heavy-duty hose pump. Operating proportionally with the concrete pump, it delivers admixture at a precise rate of 2–10%, and the dosing amount can be monitored digitally in real time.
The power cable has 3×35 + 16 mm² section size and is 20 m long. It is compatible with standard site reels and direct coupling configurations, and is optimized according to the required power specifications of the motor.
The nozzle manipulator and carrier arm replicate human arm and wrist movements through a robotic mechanism, ensuring optimal spraying position across the entire tunnel cross-section.
